Natasha Dixon has diverse work experience in capital markets facilitating the listing and financing of public and private corporations, and has developed an extensive network of business and financial contacts, across industry, throughout her career. Ms. Dixon was part of the start-up and launch team, and worked in various senior roles with the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE). Following that, she worked with several resource companies and was instrumental in raising capital and expanding the investor audience for these corporations. Ms. Dixon was Chairman of the Board of 5SD Capital, a private company which built a successful mineral exploration project portfolio, that was acquired by Pelangio Exploration Inc. Following the acquisition Ms. Dixon joined Pelangio as Director, External Relations, while concurrently providing corporate advisory services for several private and public companies in the fintech, consumer goods and natural resource sectors. In 2021, she co-founded Mink Ventures Corporation, which she led through a successful CPC listing then full listing on the TSXV in January 2023. She continues to serve Mink as a Director and President & CEO. Ms. Dixon also served as a director of Vanstar Mining Resources Inc. through its $45M acquisition by IAMGOLD in February 2024. Ms. Dixon currently serves as a Director of Fulcrum Metals PLC (AIM:FMET). She holds a B.A. with High Honours in Environmental Studies from Carleton University.

Mr. Filo is a founder, Director and the Corporate Secretary of the Corporation. Mr. Filo obtained an Honours Bachelor of Science (HBSc,1980) degree in geology from Laurentian University in Sudbury, Ontario, and has been professional geologist for over 35 years. Mr. Filo is President of Filo Exploration Services Limited, a private geological consulting firm, established in 1983. Over the last fifteen years Mr. Filo also acted as President and Vice President of a number of successful private exploration project generator companies. From December 2018 until April 2022 Mr. Filo was VP Corporate Development for Pelangio Exploration and prior to this he was part of the Pelangio Mines Inc. acquisition team that acquired the former Placer Dome Canada Detour Lake Mine on Pelangio’s behalf. This project eventually became an established Canadian gold producer now operated by Agnico Eagle Mines.

Mr. Ahrens has been a partner of MNP LLP (Timmins) since 2021. He is a member of CPA Ontario (2010) and CPA Canada and a graduate from Nipissing University (2007) with an Honours, Bachelor of Business Administration. He has significant experience working with junior exploration companies though his MNP practice.

Ms. Hibbard has over 30 years experience in the mining industry. She has been President and CEO of Pelangio Exploration and its predecessor Pelangio Mines since1996. She acquired the Detour Lake gold mine property from Placer Dome and participated in founding Detour Gold Corp., which attained a market capitalization in excess of $5 billion. Prior to Pelangio she was in private practice with clients spanning junior explorers to major mining companies such as Noranda Mines and Hemlo Gold Mines.
